History of Line Arrays


The history of the Line Array has been more than 80 years. Two types of line array


J-type Line Array: This line array is a combination of straight line and arc type. Its formation comes from the scene of the performance. Progressive line array: Progressive line array is the improvement and development of a J-type line array. The progressive line array is curved from top to bottom, and there is no strict straight line part. But unlike the arc array, it is not a fixed radius of curvature, or it is composed of infinitely many different curvature radii. The result is a more uniform directivity.
